1. Returns

· You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

· To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

· Certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

o Customised or personalised items

o Clearance or sale items

o Gift cards

2. Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@cccollectionlondon.com.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
